1. Eat Clean

This plan focuses on eating organic, non-GMO foods free of preservatives, additives, pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, artificial flavours and all other toxins. Everything you eat is either ADDING health to your body or its TAKING IT AWAY. This plan will help you learn how to fuel your body for optimal health by eating clean, close to nature and TOXIN FREE! 2. Increase Nutritional Intake

Due to the overabundance of pre-packaged and fast food, many people today are overweight yet malnourished. They carry toxic fat while their bodies are starving for real nutrition. This condition can be reversed by eating whole foods and supplementing with nutrients to fill in possible deficiencies created by mineral deficient farm soils. During this program we focus on eating balanced meals and supplementing with the Arbonne Essentials Nutrition products to ensure proper Nutrient Intake!

3. Eliminate Allergenic, Addictive, & Acidic Foods

Many people experience symptoms of premature aging or poor health and have no idea that the solution may be as simple as removing possible food allergens & sensitivities. This plan includes removing possible allergenic foods like gluten, dairy, soy, processed sugars, alcohol, and coffee. You can find the AVOID LIST on this page that outlines the foods we will be moving OFF our plates during these next 30 Days. We recommend that you print this list out, place it on the fridge, keep it in your purse, or save to your phone for quick access until it becomes second nature.

I know, I know…there are the things we LOVE and crave on this list! But remember – this isn’t FOREVER – this is 30 Days…and you can do ANYTHING for 30 days. That’s a FACT! So shift your focus to all the delicious things you CAN have! And more than anything we want you to give you body a chance to pause, reset, and allow you to gain an awareness around how some of these ALLERGENIC, ADDICTIVE, OR ACIDIC foods might be affecting you. What does this mean?


4. Balance Blood Sugar
Your blood sugar level is the amount of glucose from what you eat that’s circulating in your bloodstream to provide energy to cells immediately or be stored for future use. A well-balanced blood sugar level is crucial to your overall health and well-being, regulating your hormones, triggering your body to burn stored fat, and increasing your metabolism to help you lose weight.

Unfortunately, most people’s blood sugar is not properly balanced. If you’re getting too much glucose, it leads to high blood-sugar levels, which your body can’t break down and stores as fat. Ironically, not getting enough sugar can also lead to putting on extra pounds! Eating too little glucose can lead to a low blood sugar level, causing your body to go into “starvation mode” where it burns your lean muscle instead of the fat – a double whammy to your system and your diet.

Of course, when it comes to blood sugar and a healthy weight, what you eat is just as important as how often you eat. Skip the “high glycemic” foods that cause your blood sugar to spike, like white bread, sugar, fruit juices and processed carbohydrates. Instead, choose lots of plant based proteins, healthy fats, and “low glycemic” veggies, fruits and whole grains (brown rice, quinoa) when you’re planning your meals.

Honestly, when I got to understand the concept of what this “detox” truly is and what it can do for our bodies this entire program instantly made SO much sense to me! It’s not about a quick fix, it’s about CHANGING the environment inside our bodies to be a place where only HEALTH can exist! What’s next…

Why do we use supplements? Most of us are too busy to make 3-4 perfect meals each day.
